Please let us know DP83826 PHY mode settings

The interface is an RMII connecter to RJ45 (10/100Mbps), configuring the RMII to NCSI mode with cascade mode.

Here, we have a concern that it’s an arbitration pin.

Hi,

Thank you for asking, unfortunately, we don't have Functionality of ARB-IN and ARB-OUT functionality. Other than that, the pin connection should follow the RMII interface.
