There are two types of RGZ packages listed in the DP83867IR data sheet. (RGZ0048B and RGZ0048A)

I want to use DP83867IRRGZT, but I don't know which package.

I would like to know the package of DP83867IRRGZT.

The only difference is the size of the thermal pad.

You cannot control which one you get. You have to use a footprint that can handle both.

I want to use TCAN4551RGYRQ1.

TCAN4551 also has two types of packages (RGY0020C and RGY0020F).

What is the difference between this?

I do not know why the datasheet contains both packages; I would expect all -Q1 devices to have wettable flanks.
