TCAL9539-Q1 can source or sink current via the output port register.

This is specified in the test conditions for V_OL/V_OH.

Hi Shoji-san,

Recommended operating conditions suggest IOH < -10mA and IOL < 25mA.

We also display VOH and VOL characteristics in section 6.5 of the datasheet for various VCC voltages, and test conditions.
