Could you be more specific on the source current you are looking for? It depend on the VDDIO voltage that you are implemented to the system. Is VoH vs Current plot a useful information to you?

It's to drive the RJ45 LEDs. 2mA won't be enough. The LEDs are quite dim at 3.5mA.

Currently, Product line are out of office and we are still waiting for their response. I do check with the team internally they said LED pins could support 3.5mA. For more detail data, I am still waiting for product line confirmation.

Sorry for the late reply. Our PHY could support all the way up to 6mA for LED pin.
