TI FAE told me that DS90UB947-Q1 can implement ASIL-B in system level,  could you please tell me how to implement it?

    This is correct, all FPD-Link solutions can support ASIL at the system level. For documentation regarding component-level functional safety please reach out to your local field support. They will be able to get these documents for you if there is an NDA in place.
