TCA9517: The X-ray different between the 2019 device and 2023 device

Hi,

We orider the TCA9517DGKR and there are different X-ray section between 2019 device and 2023 device, please kindly check if there are any PCN file to describe the below isse, thanks.

The first is the 2019 device, and the second is the 2023 device:

    There are two assembly sites for the TCA9517DGKR, so you could see both leadframes for devices sold at the same time.

    Hi Zhang,

    Clemens is correct. 

    This is part of our initiative to change characteristics of the lead frame so we can move resources from one assembly site to the next for access to better process technologies. 

    The difference in x-ray should not impact the way the device functions electrically.
