Does PCA9306 have newer version alternative?

The TCA39306 is specified for higher speeds and lower voltages, but if you do not need these features, the PCA9306 is cheaper. For practical purposes, the PCA9306 is identical with the LSF0102, which is even cheaper.

In addition to Clemens' response, please clarify what interface the signals are being level shifted to/from, and if there are any other requirements to help narrow down a recommended device.
