Dear Technical Support Team,
When changing the constant current from 10uA to 200uA, the input current is about ±5uA from 10uA to 185uA.
However, when the constant current becomes higher than 185uA , the input current seems to suddenly start flowing in the negative direction.
It looks like a change like the I-V curve of a diode.
Does DS25CP114TSQ have such changing characteristics?

1). Checked LVDS input structure and typically there is a current source attached to the drain or emitter of the input stage(please note diagram below). This current is in order of 10 to 100uA. As noted in the data sheet, Iin is in order of +/-10uA. I am thinking the reason you see a higher current could be due to the testing methodology.
