We are using TIC10024-Q1 MSDI for one of our design,

Kindly help us to get below files/details!

1) Is there any Spice model available for this IC (TIC10024-Q1)

2) There is an ESD protection circuit mentioned in internal block diagram, can we get the circuit details?

    What types of details are you wanting?  I don't have internal schematic level information to share about the ESD protection cells.  There is a TIC12400-Q1 and TIC10024-Q1 ISO-10605 ESD Test Report (Link) that has some additional performance related information with different RC filter component values.  If you have a question on or need clarification about the specifications in the datasheet, I can try to help with those.
