May I know if the ESD1LIN24-Q1 can replace the Littelfuse SPHV15-01ETG-C or not?

If it can't, could you please advise the correct solution? Thanks!

Hi Henry,

Yes ESD1LIN24-Q1 can replace this device. The clamping voltage is slightly higher but this shouldn't be a concern if the LIN transceiver being protected has a high enough bus fault voltage rating.

Hi Sir,

For the same competitor device for CAN transceiver protection, may I suggest the customer use the ESD761-Q1?

Hi Henry,

Yes ESD761-Q1 can be used to protect the same CAN transceiver. The ESD761-Q1 and ES1LIN24-Q1 are very similar in spec, the ESD761 just has slightly lower capacitance and IEC ESD/Surge ratings.
