We have 2 Master 1 slave application as below.

Does PCA9543 can support this application?

Or there have other suitable device?

    The two Sx0/Sx1 channels are disabled by default, so the configuration commands must come from the SDA/SCL pins.

    If both masters are multi-master capable (i.e., support arbitration and bus-busy detection), then you do not need any mux. Otherwise, use a general-purpose mux like the TS5A23157, which must be controlled with a separate GPIO signal.

    in addition to what Clemens suggested here is a FAQ that talks about GPIO controlled i2c switches

    Is using a mux that is gpio controlled an option?
