I had to translate to english so forgive me for any misunderstanding here. Are you asking how to verify if a device is damaged?

These devices can fail short or open, in my experience I have seen more short failures from the input pin to gnd.

Is it possible that the leakage current will be a breakdown in short mode of about 0.13mA? Does mechanical stress cause such destruction?

Hi Minoru,

I'm not sure I understand correctly, if you're asking why a device fails it is because there was a too much current running through the device. The die will heat up and cause the short failure you're seeing.
