Hi team,

For a new design I would like to use a PCIe to ethernet PHY bridge and I think the DP83815 and DP83816 are suited.

Nevertheless, they both will be either last time buy or not recommended for new designs, could you suggest an alternative component?

Hi Kragt,

At TI, i am not aware of a solution to covert between PCIe to Ethernet phy. Please check with FPGA or ASIC suppliers.

So the DP83815 and DP83816 cannot fulfill a bridging function between PCIe and ethernet?

Which FPGA/ ASIC supplier do you mean?

DP products cannot provide this functionality.

Please contact either Xilinx or Intel.
