  are there switch in green area? if not customer need to remove RP4 and RP49 

Customer also need to remove all pullup resistors and install RP60

My customer was quick to modify then still did not work.

* is NC the same as the EVM schematic.

Customer ask why install RP60? they pull to GND.

So which setting is missing? thanks

    For crystal, just probe on XI/XO to see if it is oscillating .

 Did hub got detected?

 For downstream device, you need to remove Rp51/Rp52 to enable power switching to turn on downstream port VBUS.

Just plug into PC using PP1. but no USB device be detect.

BTW, If the crystal is not oscillating. How to check it? thanks

May I know what voltage range of the crystal waveform?

I got PCB from the customer. but I checked the crystal is not working.

How can I go to check step by step? thanks

   crystal clock should be 1.8v.

   Can you take waveform for 3.3v/1.1v/GRSTz?

   make sure SMBusz is not grounded,

      Test_TRST is grounded

      VBus-Det is around 0.5v
