I have a 3-board project which uses the DP83826ERHBR device at 4 different locations. The prototype run of all boards using a small local manufacturer worked without issue but when we changed to series production of the boards using a different board manufacturer something like 15% of the DP83826ERHBR devices appears to have been broken. They boards could easily be fixed by replacing the devices from a different supplier (DigiKey/Mouser). The boards in series production have all been checked for soldering issues.
Now to my question. How can I be sure the devices are actually broken? Can I get TI to test them and confirm this? I should say that the boards all work without issue and I have followed the data-sheet and design checklists.
