Hi Gareth,

there are no power switch whose input operating voltage is from 2.5V to 25V in our product line, usually the input voltage of our power switch is about 5V.

It seems that TPD1S514 is a similar product, but the customer needs 5.5A

Hi Gareth,

yeah, the continuous current is 3.5A in both TPD1S514 and TPS1S414, and TPD4S014 is only 2A. there are no device supporting 5.5A continuous current.
