DP83TD510E: DP83TD510e documentation

Hello,

in the data-sheet of the DP83TD510E is missing the description of the standard IEEE registers (addr. 0x00 to 0x1F).

For DP83TD510E I am searching  the informations that in the datasheet of DP83TC811R are listed in chapters 8.6.1 to 8.6.20.

Do you have complete documentation of DP83TD510E that reports these information ?

    Hi Serri,

    The registers defined in IEEE802.3cg are present in datasheet. Is there a specific register or bit description which you are looking for?

    Hello David,

    my question was generic about the data-sheet of the dp83td510e.

    I am new with the dp83td510e, so comparing other data-sheet likes the dp83tc811r,
    I didn't find a clear definition of direct registers and extended register.

    so my question is, with reference to table 6.16 of dp83td510e, the register
    MII_REG_0 to TDR_CFG should be considered for direct access ?

    Does the dp83td510e has direct access registers other than REGCR and ADDAR (6.3.10) ?

    Hi Serri,

    Table 6-14 and Table 6-15 in the datasheet will be helpful to answer your question. Register between 0x0000 - 0x0130 are available using direct access, while registers outside that range can be accessed using the procedure given in section 6.3.10.
