Hi team,

The user’s guide states that we need to install DS320PRxx profile. Could you please let us know where this profile can be found?

I see some files named as profile on the Design & Development section of the product page. But cannot identify which one I should use.

Hi Kurumi-san,

I just granted you access to the PCIE5-REDRIVERS-DESIGN folder in My Secure Resources. If you scroll down to the DS320PR8xx section, there is a ZIP file containing the installer for SigCon Architect 3.2 and the DS320PR8xx profile updater. If you have already installed the SigCon software, you can run the profile updater by itself. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Kurumi,

I have just granted access to the customer, they should receive an email and see the folder in their My Secure Resources page. Let me know if there are any issues with the program download and setup, it should be simple.
