I gone through the PDF & Above-mentioned link is not opening which is useful for downloading required files. Please check & Resolve the issue.

That document is extremely old. Make sure you use https instead of http.

Also note that the above like for XDS100v3. Since you mentioned XDS100v2, you may want to download the schematics under the XDS100v2 section instead.
