Hello Suin,
DS90UH949-Q1 is an HDMI serializer product, not DisplayPort. It does support "DP++", but DP++ is actually AC coupled TMDS (still HDMI protocol). So this device will not support DP alt mode operation

Casey
Suin,
Again, the selected DS90UH949-Q1 devices does not support DisplayPort, so there is no need to review the schematic because I can already tell you that this device will not support DisplayPort video no matter what

Casey
Suin,
I understand from offline discussion that there is actually a DP to HDMI converter in-between the Type C input and the DS90UH949-Q1. So i can help review the schematic here but every time I open the PDF I get this error and the text is not displaying correctly:

Can you help check if the file?
Best Regards,
Casey
Hi Casey,
I'm the person in charge of Arrow.
We've updated the customer's schematic.

Cho,
See attached for review comments. This schematic looks very incomplete. Many required connections are completely missing and also it appears like they are trying to use a USB Mini connector VBUS wire for the FPD interface? This will almost certainly not work as USB mini cables are not rated for high speed interfaces like FPD III. You will need to select a cable/connector interface which can support the FPD-Link III channel specifications for IL/RL
