What is the maximum rate that 9617A can support? Can it be used on MDIO BUS?

The TCA9617A is designed for Fast-Mode I²C with 1 MHz. MDIO with 2.5 MHz would be too much.

Hi Guangqing,

TCA9617A and TCA9617B I2C buffers are capable of fast mode+ I2C speeds (up to 1 MHz). x

This device would be too slow for MDIO bus.
