do we have level shifter for  eUSB to USB2.0?

1）support USB 2.0 and Eusb

2）eUSB: 1.8V(-0.3~2.1V)，USB2.0: 3.3V(-0.3~4.32V)

3)  support I2C 

4)  support host and device mode
