DP83869HM: 100Mbps is working but 1Gbps is not working

HI Team,

Im using DP83869, 

when i enable 100Mbps full duplex mode link is getting up also in auto-neg mode also link is getting up and working in 100Mbps.

when i switch to 1Gbps full duplex mode link is getting down.

note: MAC and PHY, 1Gbps link is up 

         when connect PC , 1Gbps link is getting dpwn
