When using in basic mode + RMII slave mode, is it okay to leave the Strap5 terminal open?

Hi Satoshi,

Yes, in Basic mode only Strap 10 & 4 are needed to put the PHY in RMII Slave mode. Strap 5 is unused in basic mode.
