TVP70025I: Why there is no output in the RGB DATA parallel port?

Hi team,

My customer has met a problem of TVP70025I,

The input VGA signal is okay, but after they set the register as the datasheet says, there is no data output on the RGB port.

PCLK,DE and VSYNC has output, but no RGB DATA output.

Could you please look into this problem, why will this happen?
