Hello,
Does the THVD1510 transceiver imply automatic shutdown mode? I could not find it stated in the datasheet of the chip.
Thankyou very much
Dietmar

Dietmar,
Clemens is correct, please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Dietmar,
Clemens is correct - this device does not support automatic shutdown. The receiver is controlled via an active low input labeled "/RE" and the driver is controlled via an active high input labeled "DE" - both of these pins follow standard TTL logic input levels (0V to 0.8V is a logic low and 2V to VCC is a logic high).
The device can be put into a "shutdown" type mode when /RE is held to VCC and DE is held to GND as this configuration will set all the driver and receiver outputs to hi-z and reduces the ICC current used by the ICC
Please let me know if you have any other questions and I can see what I can do!
Best,
Parker Dodson
