TCAN4550-Q1: MsgHeader.ID doesn't match dataPayload

Dear,

 One customer used TCAN4550-Q1 for his application, there are more than 100 ID on CAN bus, when there is new information saved RX FiFO 0, the data of MsgHeader.ID  and dataPayload don't  mtach, that is to say, 

MsgHeader.ID is A, while dataPayload ID is B or other data,  he has tried to filter ID to solve this problem but it doesn't , he could still receive all the ID on CAN bus.

Could you please help to analyze?

    Hi Kailyn,

    I can help analyze.  Please provide the register values they are using for the device as well as the actual message header, data payloads, and filter elements they are using so that I can check them for errors.  I unfortunately can't help without actual detailed register data and the actual message header ID information.
