Hi,
I want to ask is there any recommend junction temperature information of PCA9535?
In datasheet only recommend Operating free-air temperature.
Is it feasible if the temperature of the device is 110~120℃? Will it be damaged? Thank you!

Summer,
-40C to 85C operating temperature range guarantees that the part will always operate within the specs listed in the electrical characteristics of the datasheet as well as not cause damage to the device.
Operating outside this range at a temperature of 110-120C the device operation is no longer guaranteed by the datasheet. There is no support for me to say whether operating at 110C or 120C would or would not cause damage to the device. As Clemens mentioned, the storage temperature of 150C is an absolute maximum rating. Temperatures above this value would be in consideration for possible permanent damage to the device.
Another thing to think about is operating at 110C - 120C would most likely increase the overall ICC current consumption. The ICC current through the supply would need to be closely monitored so that this current does not exceed the abs. max conditions in the datasheet risking permanent damage to the device.

I highlighted ICC, but increase in operating temp could potentially affect any of these metrics. It is up to you to understand that operating in these over temp conditions could cause any one of these specs to go outside abs. max conditions.
