Hi Lawrence,
The EQ and DC Boost settings are system dependent, so I cannot say if these are the best settings. If there is high loss in your system, you will need higher boost settings, if there is less you should choose lower settings to prevent over-equalization.
The most common way to find the best setting is by modifying the boost settings and measuring the eye diagram during USB compliance testing. Start with the lowest boost settings, and then increase until USB Tx eye diagram is passing.

Nicholaus
Hi Lawrence,
This schematic seems correct to me. Piggy-backing off of Nicholaus, however, yes, unless you are in a higher-loss system, we recommend starting at lower EQ and BOOST settings. Just to confirm, the signal is going through the redriver from the host to a device, correct?
Thanks,
Ryan
