Hello, S Matthew,
It looks like the DS90CF386 can't support Full HD. Therefore, the solution below would be able to support some of HDMI 1.4 data rates but not HDMI 2.0.
I would suggest that for the MIPI DSI to HDMI solution, you can go with DSI86 + DP to HDMI active protocol converter that supports up to HDMI 2.0 solution. The DSI86 can support full HD and suitable for 60 fps 4K 4096 × 2304 resolution at 18 bpp color, and WUXGA 1920 × 1200 resolution with 3D graphics at 60 fps (120 fps equivalent). However, unfortunately, we do not have an active DP to HDMI protocol converter.
Thanks,
Zach
Thanks Zach,
Can you please suggest a right device for DP to HDMI active protocol converter.
Can DSI86 + SN75DP139 works for this requirement.
Thanks, S Mathew.
Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have an active DP to HDMI protocol converter and I am unaware of any IC that you can use.
Thanks,
Zach
