Hello，

One customer used TSBKS8000HCI EVM board and install ti_echo.exe ti1394.exe ohcirom.exe software, but he found that he didn't open these two tools, he clicked twice and also appear errors as this:

It said the WIN 7 is not compatible with the software, what operating system need？ How to open this software?

Have they tried to run the TI_ECHO SW on a 32-bit Window machine? This is an old piece of SW and may not be compatible with the 64-bit Win.

The customer need to confirm this question:

Do all 64-bit data of the PCI gold fingers interface on the tsbks8000hcl evaluation board have to be connected to the pc to be able to run through the function? Does the PCI 32-bit to PCIe 1x interposer board run through? Only bought this one, did not purchase a PCI 64-bit to PCIe 1x interposer board.

I believe the SW is 32-bit only. Also, it may only assume a 32-bit PCI bus, but I thought 32-bit PCI devices would work on a 64-bit bus as well.
