TCAN3414: IBIS model

Part Number: TCAN3414

Hey, I was wondering if the PTCAN3414DDFR had an IBIS model available? If not, what is a similar part whose IBIS model I could use to simulate m design? For the record, I'm performing signal integrity verification in HyperLynx. Thanks!

    Adityaa,

    There is an IBIS model for the TCAN33x devices that will have similar performance to the TCAN3414, but not the same. That being said, the IBIS model for TCAN33x-Q1 can likely be used to simulate for similar results to the TCAN3414-Q1.
