A similar request was submitted to E2E a few years ago: (12) Isolated USB to RS485 two wire - Isolation forum - Isolation - TI E2E support forums

We no longer have the TUSB3410 USB-to-Serial bridge available on ti.com, but a USB-to-Serial bridges are available outside of TI. The Isolation group has a reference design to accomplish the rest: TIDA-00892 reference design | TI.com
