Hi Jooyoung,

The device was created and spec'd around the recommended operating conditions which means the minimum voltage on Vcc should be 3V inorder for the device to meet the Vos parameter min spec. Since this is a min spec, it means Vos may be larger than 1V at Vcc=3V but should not exceed 1.45V (Vos max)
