I know that GRST is reset function and input pin.
So I connected GRST to 3.3V main power.
Is it right? I do not use reset function.
The data sheet is lacking in explanation of the power up sequence.

Hello,
It is recommended that GRST is asserted after the 3.3V and 1.1V power rails are stable as stated in Section 7.3.1.4 of the datasheet.
"A minimum reset duration of 2 ms is required. This is defined as the time when the power supplies are in the recommended operating range to the deassertion of GRSTz."
You can do this by creating a passive RC reset circuit on the GRST pin, or by connecting GRST to an active source like a power-good signal from external regulator.
Ideally, the 1.1V rail will ramp first to help avoid the issue described in the TUSB9261 Errata (Rev. B) (ti.com).

My pleasure.
