Please recommend parts : ESD Suppressor for RS485(SOD323 package)

For RS-485, we typically recommend ESDS552 but this is in a SOT-23 package which is bigger than what you want. Another device we recommend is ESD752 which is in a SOD323 package. What voltage are you looking for? We do offer smaller packages but those tend to be at lower voltages.

For automotive, we don't have an automotive version of ESDS552 which is 12V in our portfolio currently. But for 24V, there are more options. There is ESD1LIN24-Q1, ESD751-Q1, and ESD761-Q1 which are all SOD323 or smaller and the main difference between them are surge current and ESD rating. We also have a 9V device, TPD1E10B09-Q1 in DFN-1006.
