"Silent" means that the transceiver can disable the transmitter while still being able to receive.
"Standby" and "sleep" are power saving modes; "standby" allows to quickly resume operation, while "sleep" saves more power.
"Self supplied" means that it has an internal 5 V voltage regulator so that it can run from only a high-voltage supply.
"Selective wakeup" allows for partial networking; this is explained in How Selective Wake Enables Partial Networking.
"Dual standby" probably is the same as selective wakeup.
Antonio,
Clemens is correct, however note that the term "dual" refers to two-channel devices like the TCAN1046A-Q1. Here are some examples for each of the terms you mentioned:
Silent mode: TCAN1057A-Q1
Standby mode: TCAN1044A-Q1
Sleep mode: TCAN1043A-Q1
Dual standby: TCAN1046A-Q1 / TCAN1048AV-Q1
Self-supplied: TCAN1162-Q1
Partial networking: TCAN1145-Q1 / TCAN1146-Q1
Best,
Danny
