DS125DF1610: Can DS125DF1610 support Data ByPass? Can it support up to 125Mb/s?

Yes, DS125DF1610 supports a CDR bypass mode. Note that the signal will still pass through the EQ block. It can be enabled with the following register writes.

• 0x09[5]=0b1 (override bit)
• 0x1E[7:5]=0b000 (raw data)

Yes, DS125DF1610 supports 125 Mbps in raw data mode. Note that the signal will still pass through the EQ/CTLE block, which cannot be disabled. The minimum CTLE setting applies ~4.5 dB boost at 5 GHz. Additionally, note this comment in the register map.
