MPN MAX3232IDR, "13ADHKM" is marking on the IC body, may i know the meaning of this marking? is it Datacode 2023+ with lot number?

Hi Vicky,

The first two characters on the top row are the date code for this device. In this case, "13" would denote that the device finished production in March of 2021 (format is "YM" - year then month). This should be consistent with the date that is included on the shipping label on your order.
