Typically we do not directly recommend use of CMCs on the OLDI lines in the datasheet. However, we have had customers place CMCs on OLDI output before. It is not something we typically see as needed to pass EMC but it can be done. If anything it could possibly affect the downstream receiving device signal integrity (TCON). So I would suggest doing some study and consult TCON device requirements/recommendations to select a CMC.
Also, wanted to note - The OLDI outputs need 100 ohm termination at receiver side.
I see R24 is not connected and R26 is 40.2k is that correct? If that's the case then please switch R26 to 10k.
R25 = 232k and R27 = 47.5k ? If yes that gives us about 0.56 V which puts Mode_Sel1 at mode1
Can you clarify R28/R11 , R24/R26 , and R27/R25 values so I can double check the modes on my side.

1) I didn't understand the first point. Should the common mode inductor be added or not needed?
2) 100 ohm resistor connected
3) R26 changed to 10k
4) The datasheet for 948 suggests coaxial configuration of 232k and 47.5k, but should it be changed to 73.2k and 15k? Which one should prevail?

We don't directly recommend it in our 948 datasheet so it's up to the customer to add or not based on the TCON/Display vendor recommendation. We have seen it implemented in the past on some customer's applications but it was because the TCON vendor recommended them to add it not TI.
