DP83822IF In FX mode, when plugging and unplugging with traffic, the link cannot be established.
Is there a register or method that can solve this problem?

Hi Ryan!

I understand your predicament quite well. There is a note in Section 8.4.4.2 100Base-FX Receive of the data sheet describing this issue, as well as an FAQ that I have linked below.

Basically, this is a known issue with the DP83822. The link status won't change in fiber, in order to get the correct link status, a soft-reset must be performed (Set Reg 0x1F = 0x4000) before reading Register 0x1.
