DS90UB947-Q1: OpenLDI timing

Since the DLPC230-Q1 is not an FPD-Link part, I am unable to comment on what is listed in that datasheet since that is outside of my expertise.

With respect to the DS90UB947-Q1, iTJIT is indicative of the jitter and skew on the OLDI traces.

tRSP is covered by the ITJIT specification.
