Hi Yang,

No I don't believe this is possible. Swapping the polarity of the individual line within the pair is not supported.

Hi Yang,

I did a little more research into this, and I believe that this would be okay. For 100 mbps, MLT3 is used, where a '1' is represented by a level transition and a '0' is represented by remaining on the same level. Swapping the polarity wouldn't have an impact as to misinterpret a '1' or a '0'.

In short, this should be okay
