Hi all,

I am looking for some advice on what protocols this device can condition, specifically, can this be used for USB 2.0-3, HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort and Ethernet, if not can anyone suggest a conditioning IC that can handle all of these protocols, in a single application? :).

Hi Wes,

DS280MB810 is a protocol agnostic device. Thus it can be used for different applications as long as electrical interface meets the requirement. Typically this part is used for SAS/SATA, and ethernet. Given other protocols you have mentioned, as long as electrical interface meets your application we should be fine. Additionally, it is recommended that you would use DS125MB203 IBIS-AMI model to check signal integrity as well.
