The end customers use 927&928 for video data transmission, the electrical connection is SOC->927->STP cable->928->TFT. And recently the customer reported a 100% reproducible problem, they control the LCD brightness to the maximum value through the touch screen TP (TP via remote I2C and back channel transmits data) playing the color picture test video (the video is generated by SOC) will cause the LCD to go black (no display), the LOCK and PASS signals at the 928 end are stable and high, by capturing the LVDS signal (RX) of the 927 input and the LVDS signal (TX) of the 928 output for comparison, it is found that when the black screen appears, the RX signal is normal, and the TX signal is abnormal, as shown in the figure below, what causes the problem? PS: The display is normal in other cases (video playback, interface control, etc.)
