TPD4E02B04: As for coplanarity

I have a question regarding the coplanarity of TPD4E02B04DQAR on package dwaing of datasheet.
It was 0.05 on DQA package drawing, but is 0.08 on DQA0010A package dwawing.
Would you let us know the reason why they are different?

Hi Tomoyuki,

(0.05mm maximum standoff and 0.08mm coplanarity) are specified per JEDEC standards for all WQFN/SON packages, you'll see this reflected in TI datasheets.

Hi Sebastian,

Our customer asked us if the PCN had been issued to inform the change of the coplanarity on the datasheet.

Would you let us know if the PCN was issued. If the PCN was issued, would you let us know the PCN#?

Hi Shimamura,

Package drawing changes are not included in PCN changes This change was implemented for all TI devices with a DQA package and will not affect device functionality.
