SN75LVCP601: DEx and EQx pins

Hi All,

I have a question about the DEx and EQx pins of SN75LVCP601.

The DEx and EQx terminals are connected internally at 2/VCC.
When VCC=3.3V, it becomes 1.65V.
In the case of NC, the DEx and EQx terminals are 1.65V, so wouldn't the DEx and EQx settings be High (=1)?

The EQ and DE pins include both internal pullup and pulldown to create a VCC/2 level for NC.

When the EQ pin and DE pin are NC, it is VCC/2, so it becomes a logic high level (VIH = 1.4V (min)).

Is my understanding wrong?

Or isn't VIH of EQ pin and DE pin = 1.4V?

These values are based upon a microcontroller driving the control pins. The pullup/pulldown/floating resistor configuration will set the internal bias to the proper voltage level which will not match the values shown here.

What are the VIH values for the EQ and DE pins?

I can't share the internal VIH value for the EQ and DE pins. You would need to use external 4.7kohm pullup to set the pins to '1' and 4.7kohm pulldown to set the pins to '0'.
