1. My understanding is that it is possible to swap lanes by I2C or pin strap, Is it possible to swap N and P lines in the same lane?
2. Is it possible to swap P/N lines on the same lane without using I2C settings or pin straps?

The TDP1204 has the following internal lane swap functionality:
However, if you are able to swap the lanes on the input and the output, any order should be fine as long as they are connected in a 1:1 fashion.
2. Is it possible to swap P/N lines on the same lane without using I2C settings or pin straps?
As long as you swap the P and N lanes for the input and output and match them up, any lane can be polarity swapped.
