Strategic Radiation Hardness Level

Of the two levels of radiation hardness, namely Space, and the higher than that Strategic, does TI offer any electronic components that are hardened to the Strategic level?

Hello Stephen,

You can view all the Radiation and Space products on the product pages:

I do not see any devices with "Strategic" rating.

I have asked our HiRel/Space team about this and will let you know what I find out by next Monday Feb 5.

Hello Stephen,

TI does not have any devices rated "Strategic". The radiation TED and SEL values are shown on the Product Pages previously referenced, if this is of value to you.
