I am looking for a solution to interface a HMS Anybus B40 module on a PCIe bus.

The module provides real-time Ethernet connectivity and features two possible interfaces:
- Parallel (8 or 16 bits)
- SPI (20MHz)
(see picture below)
Plaftorm will be running linux, if a driver is available it would be highly appreciated.
I have been looking for solution without any success until now. TI has some powerful PCIe ,products, so I am taking my chances around here 
XIO1100 might have done the trick, but it is deprecated.
